BUYING AT BJÖRNSSONS AUCTIONHOUSE

To participate in bidding at Björnssons Auction House auctions, you must be registered with Auctionet. A buyer’s premium of 25% is added to the hammer price, along with a fee of SEK 80 per item. VAT is included in these fees.

Viewing of auction items takes place Monday–Friday, 1–5 PM at Gustavshemsvägen 1, Lund.

Payment, collection and shipping

An invoice will be sent by email after each successful bid. Payment and collection must be completed within five banking days after the hammer falls.

If items are not collected within the specified time, a storage fee of SEK 50 per item per day will apply.

Purchased items can be collected at Björnssons Auction House at Gustavshemsvägen 1 in Lund, Monday–Friday, 1–5 PM.

If collection is carried out by a representative, the buyer must send the auction house a power of attorney via email stating the representative’s name and the item number(s).

If the buyer’s identity has not already been verified through Auctionet using BankID, a valid, certified copy of photo ID must be provided. The representative must present their own identification.

On “My Pages” at Auctionet, it is possible to arrange shipping. Payment can be made via “My Pages” at Auctionet, by card upon collection (American Express, Diners Club, and cash are not accepted), or via bank-giro or bank transfer.
